2017 Loop de Loop Pinot Noir, Symonette Vineyard $30

The Symonette Vineyard is actually named Nuestro Sueno (Our Dream) Vineyard. However Tom Symonette received a cease and desist on the name from a big grocery store brand… Whatever the name, it is one of our favorite sites. Pommard and Wadenswil clones of pinot noir planted in 1980 were co-fermented and received post fermentation maceration; yielding a lighter delicate appearance with soft round tannin, elements of dried cherries, rose petals and the sweet aromatics of the forest floor after a spring rain. Only a few cases are left.

Wines available for local pickup at the Southeast Wine Collective on SE 35th and Division or for local delivery. Feel free to mix and match. One case order minimum for delivery.
