Back when we were making wine at the Southeast Wine Collective, in Portland, Althea was there creating some of Portland’s most exciting dishes in one of Portland’s tiniest little kitchens. She made Oui Wine Bar a destination. Her boisterous laugh, woven into the heady aromatics coming out of the kitchen will forever be woven into our memories of making wine there.
