This is a blend of vineyards from the northern Willamette Valley which were allowed to age in barrel, on their lees. It represents our stylistic approach to Northern Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. As with all our wines, this is fermented with ambient wild yeasts. It’s composed of four vineyards from within individual sub AVAs: Eola-Amity Hills AVA, Van Duzer Corridor AVA, Ribbon Ridge AVA, McMinnville AVA. The fruit from each vineyard was cared for with intention in the cellar and then blended before bottling 18 months later.
