This dry Riesling is fermented bone-dry with native yeast & lees contact. It is composed from two vineyards on Underwood Mountain. The soils consist of ashy volcanic loam and windblown loess at an elevation of 1,200 to 1,500 ft. Primarily, this is from the vineyard we just purchased – Underwood Mountain Vineyard– to be renamed soon. Bright and tart with truckloads of zippy energy, this wine is
balanced by beautiful stone fruit with a mineral laden finish.
