We love Burgundian Chardonnay, and that region has been our constant compass stylistically since our inception. This fruit comes from two vineyards that look across the Columbia Gorge at one another. The Phelp’s Creek Vineyard (on the Oregon side) and the Acadia Vineyard (on the Washington side). We do a gentle pigéage and allow a few hours of skin contact before pressing. The wine was aged in stainless steel and neutral barrels. No new oak in this chardonnay. It is unfined, unfiltered & minimally touched in the cellar.
