We love Burgundian Chardonnay, and that region has been our constant compass stylistically since our inception. This fruit all comes from a vineyard that was planted in the early 1980s at 800 ft. We allow a few hours of skin contact before fermenting in stainless steel and neutral barrels. No new oak in this chardonnay! Before bottling, it rested in a stainless-steel tank for 3 months to brighten-up. It is unfined, unfiltered & minimally touched in the cellar.
